Hello,
I’m Alex…
Philosophy
I believe in prioritizing the needs and context of the learner so the content remains relevant, useful, and meaningful to the learner. I keep the learner’s perspective in mind as I use backwards design to build the course, starting with the learning outcomes, down to the more specific content.
Projects
Interactive Software Instruction
Guided practice scenarios that allow the learner to experience how Excel PivotTables skills can benefit their world.
Leveraging Consequence
By using goal-based scenarios and fake-branching, the learner can experience the consequence of incorrect actions in their digital onboarding.
Messaging that sticks
Hammering home the point with emphasis on the importance and utility of the information presented in awareness campaigns.
