Problem:
- Crossing Guard Training guide document requires more interactive features to reinforce information.
Intervention:
- Utilizing scenarios, digital training will present the content along within the context the learner is expected to perform in.
Summarize large datasets with PivotTables

- Lower enrollment numbers threaten to cancel the course.

- Advertisement made to bring awareness to the course and how its content it offers can benefit the student’s professional life.
- Create supplemental resource for student to use outside of class to review and practice the basic concepts with scenario based learning.
